Online Entry for Edgbaston Junior Open 2025

Individual Medal, 95% handicap allowance. Boys max handicap index is 26 & girls max handicap index 31. (Boys with hcap index 26-31 may enter & play off 28 hcap).
Boys - Yellow tees, Girls - Red tees.
Caddies not permitted. Parents not permitted on the course.

This is part of the Warwickshire Junior Order of Merit & a qualifying medal competition in Justin Rose Daily Telegraph Junior Championships 2024.

Juniors who are over 11 years old & at secondary school are expected to be able to mark their own card & play their golf without the need for adults supporting them.

England Golf Recommended Policy -
25 Yard Rule for Children under 11 years of age - Spectators are to always remain a minimum of 25 yards away from competitor. If a spectator is seen in breach of this rule a verbal warning will be given in the first instance. A second breach will result in the spectators related player receiving a 2-stroke penalty. Spectators must also maintain the 25-yard rule around the tee boxes and the greens. Please note that spectators also include players that have finished their matches.

EGC will allow parents of children with additional needs to accompany their child at a distance/as their needs require & please get in touch in advance of the event if this is the case.

Caddying - Assistance with a bag or trolley is not allowed and any breach of this rule will be given a verbal warning followed by a 2-stroke penalty for further breaches.

Ball Spotting - Ball spotting is permitted however once the player has sight of his ball the spectator must move away to the requires 25-yard distance.
This competition requires that fees be paid to complete entry. If the payment process is not completed, your entry may be removed.
