There is a broad range of exquisite catering available for every occasion. Please contact the Head of Events,  Heidi Smith,   events@edgbastongc.co.uk to discuss your requirements and we will do our very best to make your event special.

Please note the  Clubhouse dress code applies to visitors.

Whilst you will have exclusive use of certain agreed rooms, EGC members may also be in the building.

Courtyard Room

The largest space available at Edgbaston Hall, the Courtyard Room benefits from high ceilings and comfortable seating. It combines both form and function to create a slick and professional environment for any conference.

And when your guests want to take time out, there is easy access to the  bar area and spacious terrace, just the thing for reflecting and relaxing together.

Calthorpe Room

Positioned on the ground floor at the front of the Hall, the Calthorpe Room benefits from easy access to the bar and restaurant area, and is a few steps away from the South-East facing terrace. Two large sash windows allow sunlight and fresh air to flood in in the summer, and central heating keeps it cosy in the winter.

This intimate room is an ideal venue for friendly get togethers or business meetings away from the crowds and noise of the City.

Members Lounge

Our exquisite Members Lounge is the perfect room to hold a private board meeting or a special family meal. Illuminated by 3 beautiful Georgian windows, that overlook our majestic golf course, letting light flow into the room.

With its original features and working fireplace it’s a truly unique meeting spot set to the back drop of one of the most prestigious  golf courses in the West Midlands. This room is only available on weekends.
